Gold: includes all call outs, all replacement parts, as well as planned preventative visits in accordance with the regulatory bodies’ recommendations.
Silver: all call outs and planned preventative maintenance visits are included within this package, with materials costed at previously agreed rates.
Bronze: pre-planned maintenance visits are included with our Bronze maintenance service, whilst all other calls and materials are applied at the agreed rates at the inception of the agreement.

Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) provides a 24/7 year-round monitoring service. Within seconds of an intruder being detected, an alert will automatically be created, enabling our team to check validity and contact the police immediately.
